Hello! I am Rainer and I am diagnosed with autism and I possibly might have BPD. Here are five ways I try and work on my mental health.
Whenever I am having an episode that causes me to stay in bed and rest I always have stuff I enjoy nearby. For example my colouring books and pencils and my journal.
Spending a day in bed isn’t lazy and is good for you! As long as it’s not everyday sometimes just having one day where you lay in bed and rest is good.
Try and change your appearance! Even if it’s small like paining your nails or dying your hair or even trying out a new scent. It makes you feel brand new and proud.
Watch that movie or series you want to watch! Rewatch your childhood tv show! Make yourself comfortable and get some popcorn.
Take a moment to stretch your muscles, you don’t even need to get out of bed. There are many videos on YouTube that give simple bed stretches.
